Build credits terms
Last updated October 16, 2026
These terms cover build credits on HAZL (hazl.ca), run by HAZL Group Inc. in Calgary, Alberta. Questions go to services@hazl.ca.
What credits are
Build credits are a prepaid balance in Canadian dollars on your HAZL account. They pay for the AI that builds and changes your apps. Previews, publishing, readiness reports and work orders don’t use credits.
How they are used
- Each build or change is charged once it finishes, based on what the AI work cost.
- A build that is already running always finishes, so your balance can end slightly below zero.
- While your balance is at or below zero, new builds don’t start until you add credits. Your projects stay saved.
Buying credits
- You buy credits one payment at a time, by card, in Canadian dollars, from the Settings page. There is no subscription and no automatic top-up.
- Stripe processes the payment on its own secure page. HAZL never sees your card number. Stripe emails you a receipt.
- Credits are added as soon as the payment succeeds. If your balance is below zero, the purchase covers that first.
What happens to them
- Credits don’t expire.
- Credits can’t be refunded, moved to another account, or exchanged for cash.
- If a payment is reversed or disputed, HAZL may remove the credits it added.
- HAZL may change the amounts and prices offered. Credits you already have keep their value.
Beta
HAZL is an invite-only beta. Features may change as it develops; we’ll say so here when these terms change.
